Pricing and rules at a glance

Plan pricing: choose by actual usage

There are two public plan types: monthly subscriptions that reset on the activation date, and data packs that remain valid until used and never expire. Start with your typical monthly usage, then choose the better fit.

MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION

Monthly subscription: data resets on the activation date

The three monthly plans differ only in monthly data allowance and price. Coverage, platform support, simultaneous-device rules, and refund terms remain the same. The key question is simply whether the data allowance meets your needs.

Light Monthly Plan

¥9.9/month

60GB per month

Best for users who do occasional cross-border work, visit international websites from time to time, or enable network acceleration only in a few apps. Research, email, and browser-based tools are generally easier to manage than extended video streaming.

The limit is straightforward: 60GB is available each month. If several devices stay connected, transfer large files frequently, or stream for long periods, all devices share the same allowance. Check usage in the user dashboard regularly.

High-Data Monthly Plan

¥28/month

500GB per month

Designed for sustained use across multiple devices, frequent file transfers, or heavier streaming and remote collaboration. All online devices share the 500GB allowance, but the larger capacity reduces the need to check remaining data repeatedly.

A larger allowance does not mean the connection must stay on all the time. Connect when accessing international services and handle ordinary local access according to the situation. Remaining monthly data resets again on the activation date.

TRAFFIC PACKS

Data packs: use until depleted, never expire

Data packs do not reset monthly. They suit users with irregular usage, months with no usage, or anyone who wants long-term backup data. The balance decreases with actual usage after purchase; there is no monthly reset.

Backup data pack

300GB

¥158

A practical choice for intermittent cross-border access or as backup alongside a monthly subscription. The data never expires, so you decide when to use it.

Everyday data pack

1000GB

¥358

Suitable for irregular usage with a higher cumulative data requirement. There is no reset date to wait for; use it according to your own schedule.

High-Capacity Data Pack

3000GB

¥658

Suitable for long-term use, shared data across multiple devices, or fewer repeat orders. The data remains available until used and never expires.

Monthly subscription or data pack?

If you use the service steadily every month, start with a monthly subscription. If usage varies or connections are mainly needed for travel, project delivery, or occasional collaboration, a data pack is easier to manage. The key question is whether you need data to renew monthly.

Monthly subscriptions reset on the activation date and suit regular use; data packs never expire and suit cumulative use. If you're unsure, consider recent habits around cross-border work, file sync, and streaming. Large transfers and long video sessions usually consume data faster than browsing, while multiple devices should be assessed by total usage.

INCLUDED

All plans include

Different prices do not mean different coverage tiers. The capabilities below are included with the current public plans; focus on billing type and data capacity when choosing.

120+ countries / 210+ routes

Coverage supports cross-border work, international websites, online collaboration, and services in different regions. Choose a nearby exit region for the service you need rather than always using the same route.

Unlimited simultaneous devices

One account works on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. Devices are not billed separately, but all devices share the available data in the current plan.

Client access for five platforms

Sign in to the user dashboard to get the client and subscription details. The official site does not provide static direct installation links or display live subscription URLs publicly; delivery is handled inside your account.

Routes and streaming guide

Content services may show different results based on the exit region. If region detection or playback fails, try a route for the target region and use the help documentation to check whether the exit IP and DNS match expectations.

User dashboard and support tickets

Plan selection, order status, client access, subscription details, and issue reports are handled in the user dashboard. Include your platform, target route, and symptoms to make connection troubleshooting easier.

30-day refund

If a plan does not match your actual needs, submit a request under the refund policy. Check the order in your dashboard first, then include the relevant order in a support ticket so the details remain in your account history.

Monthly plan limits

Monthly plan data resets on the activation date. Unused monthly data does not change the next reset rule. If the current capacity is insufficient, a mid-cycle upgrade converts the price difference into remaining days; rely on the dashboard calculation before submitting.

Data pack limits

Data packs do not renew monthly; they are fixed capacities that decrease with use. Their advantage is that they never expire, making them suitable for intermittent use. Once depleted, choose another data pack or monthly plan.

PAYMENT

Payment methods and checkout

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Payment options are available in the user dashboard; the public plans page only shows prices and rules and does not request payment details.

Alipay

After choosing a plan, use the relevant payment option on the checkout page to complete the order.

WeChat Pay

The order amount is based on the plan currently selected in the user dashboard.

USDT

After opening the checkout page, follow the payment details shown there to complete the order.

From selection to setup

  1. Create an account

No email address required. Create an account with a username and password. Keep your account details secure; plans, clients, and support tickets are all managed through this account.

  2. Review the plan

Choose a monthly subscription or data pack, then confirm the price, capacity, and data rules. Monthly subscriptions reset on the activation date, while data packs never expire.

  3. Complete payment

Choose an available option from Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Before submitting, check the plan name and amount on the order to avoid selecting the wrong capacity.

  4. Get the client and subscription

After payment, open the user dashboard to get the client and subscription details. Do not share subscription information publicly; it identifies the network configuration associated with your account.

REFUND

30-day refunds

If a plan does not match your actual usage, submit a request under the refund policy. The request, order verification, and follow-up communication are all handled through the user dashboard.

What to prepare before requesting a refund

Sign in to the account used to purchase the plan, open the order history, and confirm the relevant order. Then open the support ticket page and explain the request with its order reference. Avoid creating duplicate requests so order details stay together.

Troubleshooting connection issues first

If a route cannot connect, try another route in the same or a nearby region and confirm that the subscription has refreshed in the client. If the issue continues, include your operating system, client, target region, and symptoms in a ticket to distinguish route, configuration, and local network issues.

Which information takes precedence?

Use this page and the plan order in the user dashboard for pricing. Account records are authoritative for payment status, the current subscription, and refund processing. If a page has not updated, do not pay again; check the order history or submit a ticket first.

BILLING FAQ

Billing and refunds: frequently asked questions

The answers below use the same rules as the plan table above. For order status, rely on the actual order record in the user dashboard.

When does monthly plan data reset?

Monthly plan data resets on the activation date rather than at the start of each calendar month. After activation, check the current plan and usage in the user dashboard. To change capacity, review the remaining time first, then check the calculation shown on the upgrade page.

Do data packs expire?

Data packs remain available until used and never expire. Unlike monthly subscriptions, they do not reset on the activation date; the balance decreases with actual usage. They suit irregular use or long-term backup needs.

Can I upgrade a monthly plan mid-cycle?

Yes. The price difference is converted into remaining days when upgrading mid-cycle. Because the upgrade occurs during the current subscription period, verify the plan name, time remaining, and checkout result in the user dashboard before submitting.

How many devices can one plan connect?

There is no limit on simultaneously connected devices, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. All devices share the current plan's data, so choose capacity based on total usage when several devices transfer files or stream video continuously.

What payment methods are supported?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. After selecting a plan in the user dashboard, view the relevant payment option. Before paying, confirm the plan name, price, and order status; do not pay an unconfirmed order again.

What is the refund policy?

Plans support 30-day refunds without giving a reason. Sign in to the user dashboard and check the order before submitting a request through a support ticket. If the issue is only a connection problem, include the platform, route, and symptoms in the same ticket so it can be investigated first.
